Ah, yes – another bit of snow. Except this time I was actually able to go out and take a few photos of trains in the snow. Hopefully this snow will not be nearly as bad as the previous blizzard, but it is always good to look at Metro-North’s Guide to Winter Weather just in case. Though never mentioned by “Harlem line” name, a photo of the Harlem branch and Put is in this PDF just before the “X” or Harlem crossing in Mahopac.

That is actually a pretty cool link, thanks. One of the images in there, the postcard of the old Mahopac station, I remember seeing on eBay going for some rather obscene price of over a hundred dollars. I buy postcards and such, but I can’t say I’ve ever paid that much for a card!!!
